• This program applies to existing Overland-Tandberg NEO T24, NEO T48, NEOxl40 and NEOxl80 and Dell ML3/ML3E customers only.

• Customers will need to provide their existing tape library’s Serial Number to qualify for this promotion

• Purchase order must be received no later than 30th June 2025.

• Credit is equal to $500 per tape drive purchased in the new Scalar i3 system, for example a Scalar i3 purchased with (1) tape drive would receive a $500 credit, a system purchased with (2) tape drives would receive a $1000 credit, and so on.

• Trade-in program and credit is valid at standard and QDR discounting only. Exclusion from other promotions (except MA02707A-v2) & special pricing. Promotional pricing cannot be used in combination with additional special pricing such as SPR’s except with separate approval.

• Quantum retains the right to modify or terminate rebates, at any time, without notice.

• Quantum is the sole determinant of qualification for a rebate.
